Front desk so disorganized they will waste your time just ask for your prep navigator or the nurses line

Today was my first visit here, and I just wanted to share my experience. Iβm not usually someone who writes reviews, but the staff truly made a great impression on me. The woman who helped me schedule a last-minute appointment over the phone was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. Elija, who assisted me during my visit, was also very attentive, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thank you again Elija! π I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to others!

Iβm going as far as to make an anonymous account just to confidently post my review! But I think this clinic is the nicest clinic in the world. I agree, you want to be friends with everyone that works there (: Theyβre so sweet and they genuinely care about helping you to the best they can. I am a straight woman, who was not assaulted. I donβt understand the reviews that say they wonβt get attended for those reasons. Itβs not true at all I would recommend it here to absolutely everyone

I came by to get tested and sincerely I was really scared. But the staff that helped me was really kind and gave me so much information that the fear went away. I donβt know why people complain after all itβs free and they do their best to help you yes sometimes the experience might not be the best but again itβs free aside from that they are not trying to sell you anything so customer service itβs not really their strong. But even then they are trying to make your day better or even your situation better by putting themselves in your shoes and being kind to you and helping you to be strong. And letting you know that they can help.
